• Do you offer eco-friendly / recyclable packaging options?

• Yes. Our range includes PLA paper cleaning bags, PLA biodegradable cutlery sets, bagasse and corn-starch meal trays, PLA-coated paper cups and degradable packaging materials. Tell us your market's regulatory requirement and we will match materials accordingly.

• Can you help with artwork design if I don’t have finished files?

• Our design team provides simple layout adjustment service. You can share your logo and requirements, we help arrange draft layout.

• How are your products packed?
• Standard export packing is used, for example 1,000 sets per carton for cutlery kits, 500 pcs per carton for aluminum foil containers, and 1,000 cups per carton for paper cups. Inner packing and carton specifications are customizable.
• What are your shipping terms and departure ports?
• We ship from Nansha Port, Huangpu Port and Shenzhen Port in Guangzhou, China. FOB, CIF, EXW and other trade terms are available as required.
• Can you provide certifications and test reports?
• We can provide food-contact safety reports, material certificates, SGS reports, and biodegradability or compostability documents for qualified orders and tender review, depending on the product. Please specify which documents you need in your inquiry.
• What payment methods do you accept?

• Payment terms are agreed per order and stated on the proforma invoice; bank transfer (T/T) is the common arrangement. Terms scale with order size and cooperation history — framework customers work on agreed settlement cycles.

• Do you support OEM/ODM and custom printing?

• Yes — it is a core service. Logo printing, custom specifications, branded packaging and scenario-based kitting run through a documented process: requirement mapping, quotation, artwork and sampling, compliance coordination, batch production, delivery. Full detail on the OEM/ODM page.

• Can I get samples before placing an order?

• Yes. Samples of existing items ship on request — you typically cover courier cost only. Custom samples with your artwork or specification are quoted per project; the approved sample is documented and becomes the acceptance standard for mass production.

• What are your production lead times?

• Standard lead time is 15-25 days after specification and sample approval. Phased delivery can be arranged for large orders, and faster dispatch is possible for in-stock items. Please confirm with our sales team for your specific schedule.

• What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

• MOQ depends on the product and process: printed items are governed by plate-making and material minimums, converted and assembled items by line setup. The exact figure is stated per SKU in your quotation. Mixed-item consolidation lets you combine several SKUs into one economical shipment.

• Where can I see your products?

• The product center lists representative items across all five systems with specification tables. For the full 100+ SKU range or scenario-specific recommendations, send your requirement and we will propose a product list.

• How do you handle time-zone differences?

• We work with customers across time zones. Inquiries are answered within one business day regardless of where you are; WhatsApp is monitored continuously and urgent shipping matters are prioritized as they arrive.
